• Advised on and raised finance for a management buy-out of U.S. based oil exploration and production company pioneering enhanced oil recovery techniques

• Advised a European based leader in the creation and production of live theatrical shows on structuring and raising commitments for a dedicated fund to finance the production of a portfolio of live shows, culminating in a 10-year strategic cooperation with a leading Chinese commercial real estate developer to develop, produce and operate live theatrical shows of an unprecedented scale and quality in China

• Advised a South African budget airline company on a re-capitalisation, appointing a UK based aviation consulting agency to prepare a turn-around and re-fleeting plan, and securing a buy-out offer from a European owned carrier
